The Change Management Team drives the planning and execution of all Change Management & Communications activities related to the implementation of the HR operating model for 2-3 countries.A Change Management Coordinator drives and consults the migrating countries in setting up and executing a plan from building awareness to post implementation support using a proven best-practice approach, methodology and tools.Qualifications:

Relevant University degree (Business / Organizational Behavior / Communications / Marketing) or similar higher education Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Knowledge of Ukrainian would be a valuable asset Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in multinational environment Demonstrated experience in supporting the implementation of a major international change project Demonstrated ability influencing and supporting senior stakeholders Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching / consulting background Must display professionalism, credibility and confidence Business acumen with an understanding of the importance of accuracy of communication materials Excellent oral and written Business English with attention to detail Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. Photoshop and Flash expertise desirable Basic understanding of HR processes in an international company desired Willing to travel abroad
