IS CURRENTLY SEEKING TALENTED PEOPLE INTERESTED IN INTERNATIONAL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN KRAKOW, POLANDWe are now recruiting for the following position:HR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTAs a member of an international team made of HR and IS professionals, you will define and participate to the implementation of HR processes and systems supporting our HR services across PMI.Main responsibilities:- Coordinate implementation and deployment of new or enhanced HR processes and systems (SAP HR, Taleo) across Philip orris International. - Advise your HR customers, mainly located in Lausanne (CH), Madrid (SP) and Krakow (HR SSC), on optimal system solutions and design with them solutions based on the agreed business requirements.- Coordinate and facilitate discussions between HR representatives and IS function to ensure HR business requirements are well understood and captured by IS.- Be responsible for the delivery of new or enhanced system solution, within agreed timeline and  budget. - Define detailed functional systems requirements (process, data, workflow, roles, etc.) based on the identified HR business requirements.- Define, coordinate and participate in testing and user training activities of the new or enhanced system functions.Qualifications:- University degree in Information Systems or Human Resources. - 3-5 years in HR or HR IS field, including experience in HR system project implementation (ideally SAP).- Good understanding of HR processes.- Fluency in English.- Very strong analytical skills and easiness to work at a conceptual level.- Achievement orientation.- Customer orientation.- The ability to manage projects successfully: within time, budget and quality standards. - The ability to initiate and support change by continually seeking to improve processes and services. - The ability to negotiate effectively with peers and managers.WE OFFER: - a unique opportunity for talented individuals who would like to develop their professional career in a multinational company- competitive salary and benefits package- private healthcare for employee- life insurance- on-site company restaurant - memberships in sports clubs, tickets to entertainment, etc.Ą excellent working atmosphere in a very dynamic, professional, international team.If you are interested and meet the requirements, please apply on-line www.pmicareers.com
