Wymagania

university level education preferably in the field of Human Resources previous experience gained in an international company (3-5 years minimum) experience within the financial services sector would be an advantage maturity to make decisions quickly change management experience familiar with all aspects of HR activities fluency in English able to interact at all levels of organization strong analytical skills good knowledge of Polish labor law flexible, creative and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
