providing consultation to other members of management and employees in relation to HR practices and policies in EU Region developing and maintaining effective employee relations for EU region establishing and maintaining strong communication channels with colleagues and internal clients, ensuring the same inter-department  ensuring that HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems that indirectly or directly affects your decisions and your role
