? University degree in Economics/ Finance, Business administration, Management and Human Resources;? Minimal of 2 years professional experience in HR operations; ? Fluent both written and spoken in English;? Good knowledge of German would be an advantage;? Good knowledge of labour law and any related with law and HR issues; ? Good technical skills (shows a clear interest and ability to deal effectively with HR systems);? Focus on details effective operations with a keen eye on quality and process improvements;? Excellent planning and organizing skills ? ability to focus on priorities in own and others work; ? Strong customer orientation ? ability to identify and meet client needs in the most effective way;? Good relationship manager and ability to build a network; ? Team player and willingness to get involved.

Wymagania

? Manage compensation and benefits programs:- provide compensation survey data to HR CRM?s (yearly core process),- provide advice on compensation decisions (new hires, buy-outs, mid-year compensation reviews),- provide insights to market trends and changes and provide market intelligence (including data from new joiners and leavers).? Develop and implement HR policies, systems and processes (being responsible for some policies, e.g. compensation, benefits, administrative processes, etc. or being part of the HR team);? Manage vendors (payroll, benefits, background checking); ? Manage relations with authorities e.g. Social Service Office (ZUS), working inspectors, etc.;? Develop, implement and constantly review administrative HR processes ? have a strong focus on quality and effectiveness;? Ensure that the HR department has the systems and processes that it needs: - Coordinator of all HR related websites,- update the personal system, ensure it is kept up to date with new starters, leavers, absence information, changes within terms & conditions,- keep employee files and records (according to the Polish labour law),- responsible for providing the infrastructure and expert skills to provide management information; support the HR CRMs in creating a report library that addresses the needs of their customers.? Responsible to ensure that external and internal reporting and process requirements are met (SOX, risk management, audit).
