University degree (preferable: HR, Economics, Business); Minimum of 3 years experience in managing an E&D function; Ability to communicate effectively in a written and spoken English; Knowledge about different learning methods and tools and their effectiveness; Excellent relationship manager skills to gain good insights and understanding of all relevant business functions and their requirements; Ability to translate business needs into activities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent planning and organizing skills; Professional experience in an international environment.Wymagania
Develop, contract, manage and coordinate all education and development activities in the area of human capital, performance management and learning and development; Develop, implement and run education and development programs ? e.g. induction programs for new joiners, etc.; Contract and manage external vendor relations for seminars, events, services, etc.; Coordinate training activities with other training providers within company, line managers and HR CRM?s; Ensure that all activities reflect the culture of the organization and suggest to management activities that will enhance or better align businesses, teams or individuals to the defined culture; Provide consulting services to line managers and employees; Organize, administrate and optimise the tracking and reporting of our education & development activities; Constantly review needs for education and the effectiveness of the activities; Provide relevant management information; For newly transferred businesses, ensure that development, transition and induction plans are aligned with the transition team and respective functional areas; Be a key contributor in the HR team.Kontakt
