? University degree (preferable: HR, Economics, Business Administration);? Minimum of 2-3 years experience in HR manager position; ? Ability to communicate effectively in a written and spoken English;? Focus on meeting the needs and expectations of internal/ external clients with the highest quality products and services;? Ability to be an effective consultant, counsellor and business supporter;? Excellent communications, liaising and networking skills;? Good planning and organizing skills;? Professional experience in an international environment;? Working experience in a financial environment will be an advantage.

Wymagania

Management? Be a consultant to line management in regard to business needs, trends and analysis of HR related issues;? Ability to translate the business needs into activities and implement;? Support management in establishing and maintaining a strong and consistent corporate culture.Line Managers? Support and advise line managers on employee? needs and career opportunities;? Manage communication between employees, line managers and senior management in terms of HR related topics;? Ensure that HR needs are met in terms of recruitment, succession planning, mobility, manpower planning, operational and business support;? Manage all potential risk factors arising in the HR area and offer qualified advice and support with regards to the products??, services? and programs? appropriate application and use;? Ensure HR clients? easy access to all required HR products and services;? Provide advice on employment law and employee relation issues;? Advise on terms and conditions of Employment and HR polices;? Provide advice and support on handling performance (setting objectives, discussing performance and development activities, rewarding excellent performance and handling underperformance);? Manage effectively disciplinary and grievance matters;? Support managers in establishing and maintaining a strong and consistent corporate culture.Employees? Provide advice to employees in regard to personal development, careers and personal issues;? Support transfers;? Manage relocation and travelling issues (in close coordination with Express Relocation).
