IS CURRENTLY SEEKING TALENTED PEOPLE INTERESTED IN INTERNATIONAL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN KRAKOW, POLANDCareer Opportunities in Human ResourcesWe are now recruiting for the following positions: Manager Project WaveThe Manager Project Wave ensures the overall successful and smooth transition from the local existing HR organizations into the new PMI HR delivery model for specified affiliates’ migration wave.Main Accountabilities:

Lead an affiliate’s migration from all perspectives by coordinating the relevant specialists: HR process- and IS localization, local knowledge management efforts, local training, communication, Change Management and Organizational Design Detail critical path and project plans for the affiliate Manage and act on the project plan for the affiliates’ migration Attend Fit/Gap workshops with affiliate, follow up and resolve any issues and conflicts with affiliates the team might face Monitor and control timelines of migration activities for assigned countries Act as a NH HR Focal Point for the assigned affiliates and ensure buy-in from stakeholders Track budget and transition costs against the business case assumptions for the assigned countries Support affiliates in minimizing business interruptions Coordinate all efforts between NH HR and the affiliates

Qualifications:

Higher Education Minimum 4 years of professional experience At least 1 year project management experience Experience in multinational company Project management/Leading skills Working knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, tools & techniques applied with minimal supervision and guidance Comfortable with project-type work environment Open to change Comfortable in making decisions and taking full ownership for deliverables Able to solve conflicts Excellent analytical skills Excellent communication skills Fluent written and oral Business English skills; basic Spanish will be an asset Intercultural competence Personal computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook and Microsoft Project Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
