IS CURRENTLY SEEKING TALENTED PEOPLE INTERESTED IN INTERNATIONAL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN KRAKOW, POLANDWe are now recruiting for the following position:Manager SSC Training and LearningThe Manager SSC Training and Learning will support the Manager SSC Operations in leading the implementation and management of the HR Training and Learning team to provide world class HR operational and transactional services to the organization ensuring that service levels and business case assumptions are met or exceeded. The Manager SSC Training and Learning will be responsible for managing the training and learning. He / she will manage joint teams of Generalists / Specialists. He / she will direct, monitor and develops the SSC Training & Learning unit which manages the training coordination and administrative activities.Main responsibilities:

    Service Delivery: Lead and manage the Training and Learning unit’s service delivery standardization and continuous improvement in terms of processes, technology design, staff recruitment and selection, and infrastructure development Operational Plans: Develop the Training and Learning unit’s operational plans for the coming 1-2 years People Manager: Lead and motivate the team in order to achieve the SSC’s objectives and to maintain a consistent high standard of service quality. Manage the professional development, technical training, and knowledge transfer for the team – developed in partnership with Team Leaders. SLA metrics: Overall responsibility for the relevant SLA metrics for the Training and Learning unitBudget: Ensure proper budget performance and alignment for the Training and Learning unitKnowledge Management: Accountable for ensuring the development and maintenance of the working knowledge necessary to operate the Training and Learning unit. Maintain a working knowledge of all program issues, changes and/or updates, administrative requirements, as well as systems and telecommunications capabilities relating to redeployment Continuous Improvement: Maintain and improve quality standards within the team as well as identifying and bringing forward opportunities for improvement, as appropriate
Qualifications:
    Years of working experience - 5+ years Experience in working within a Shared Service environment will be an advantage Significant experience across training and learning areas Knowledge of HR metrics and their applicability Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and at least another major European language Knowledge of Ukrainian language would be a plus Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management Tools and Techniques Personal computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook Experience with HRIS applications and complementary HR software solutions (i.e. e-learning, SAP, Learning Management System)
