This network providesa platform for large-scale specialist expertise and process knowledgeto deliver operatinally excellent and robustly controlled processes.Currently we are looking for:RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTReference number: RSRecruitment Specialist will be responsible for delivery ofrecruitment plans in the fast growing business environment. The personwill co-operate with business representatives across Europe. Principal Accountablities:

Implement and co-ordinate attraction activities conduct interviews with candidates ensure proper planning and efficiency of recruitment process propose and implement the most suitable recruitment methodology for identified recruitment needs administer recruitment process act as an ambassador of the company and its values for candidates and external stakeholders in the local market.

minimum 2 years of experience in HR including recruitment, preferably in an international and competitive environment experience in designing and implementing bulk recruitment as well, as working with external providers university degree fluency in Polish and English additional language skills would be an advantage very good interpersonal skills very good organisation skills and ability to face periods of high workload motivation to achieve results and enjoy the never ending challenges of recruitment in a fast growing successful organisation good in Word, Outlook and very good knowledge of Excel.
