He/She provides corporate recruiting expertise by meeting high volume, fast-paced hiring needs. As lead of the recruitment unit he/she works with the business to understand recruitment needs, manages a team of recruiters towards meeting recruitment target numbers and lead times and contributes him-/herself to the recruitment activities.He/She is responsible for an accurate recruitment tracking and reporting processes and works cooperatively with hiring managers on each project. The Recruitment Team Lead will initiate and lead pro-active hiring initiatives, ensuring the application of best practices to create candidate funnel for repeatable profiles.Responsibilities include:- establishing project attraction and recruitment strategy based on business workforce plans and deal funnel - consulting with managers on recruitment plans, assisting them with defining clear job skill specifications and the appropriate sourcing strategy- day-to-day supervising recruitment staff Đ assigning work load and manages recruitment process within the team- ensuring the identification and screening of a sufficient number of candidates and the selection of high quality hires for assign requisitions- building candidate pools for key profiles and initiating special hiring initiatives- responding to specific recruiting-related questions from managers and candidates- and managing escalations - creating sourcing network across Europe to facilitate cross-country recruitment effortsRequired Education and Experience: - bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent - 3 - 5 years experience in recruitment, with at least one of those years in high volume/project recruitment- recruitment knowledge and experience in the Polish market (local recruiting process, candidate sources, employment market, legal frame as related to recruitment and employment).Required Skills and Knowledge:- fluent English and Polish- strong communication and problem solving skills- must be flexible and adaptable to constantly changing environment - must be able to multi-task, work independently and reset priorities autonomously based on business needs- excellent computer skills, such as Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail and internet.
