SCE Information Services - HR Systems, a part of PMI Service Center Europe Sp. z o.o. is currently seeking talented people interested in international career opportunities in Krakow, Poland.We are currently recruiting for the positions of: IS ANALYST HR SYSTEMSAs an IS Analyst you will be supporting selected NH HR System Portfolio solutions and coordinating realization of new initiatives accordingly to previously validated requirements.Main Accountabilities:

Participate in provision of support services to selected global NH HR System Portfolio solutions. Participate and lead delivery of selected system-associated tasks (configuration, custom development, security, data loads, etc.) related to enhancements of NH HR Template and Affiliate Migration projects. Maintain and update appropriate technical and functional documentation. Monitor, address and report NH HR System Portfolio solutions-related support requests regularly. Work with technical & infrastructure specialists and business users to identify opportunities to optimize performance and ensure stability of supported solutions. Enforce preparation and validate end-user requirements. Coordinate implementation of initiatives accordingly to validated requirements. Ensure smooth accomplishment of initiatives? objectives by application and execution of proper methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

University degree. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Information Systems. Demonstrated Project Coordination/Leading skills. Minimum 3 years of experience in support and delivery of integrated enterprise applications (experience in SAP Solutions is essential; knowledge of HR Systems would be a plus). MS Windows and Office suite, Web technologies and database experience. Visual Basic/Script, other programming languages like C++, C# Awareness of data and systems security concepts. Up-to-date with modern corporate Information Technologies? standards. Achievement oriented and team player. Good communication skills. Analytical and learning capability. Good knowledge of English; Polish or any other European language is a plus.
