? University degree in HR, Economics, Management or Social Science;? Minimal of 2 years professional experience in recruiting (having worked in financial service a plus); ? Fluent both written and spoken in English;? Good knowledge of German or French would be an advantage;? Knowledge of specific recruitment activities;? Working knowledge of related HR practice; ? Excellent communication skills; ? Excellent organization and coordination skills;? Good teamwork abilities, collaborative approach to people; ? Experience in working in international environment.

Wymagania

? Relationship Management- Managing all channels connected with recruitment;- Coordination and cooperation with recruitment vendors;- Working closely with the HR CRM to ensure open communication flow around the needs for HR;? Incoming applications and difficult recruiting activities- Managing all incoming applications ? tracking and working with the candidates, recruiting vendors;- Managing, screening and responding to all paper/email speculative applications received by UBS;- Managing effectively the recruitment process on daily basis (CV);- Managing the interview booking process for all candidates (external and internal) liaising with agencies and direct/internal candidates to give feedback ? coordinate and participate in the feedback giving process;- Managing candidate tracking system (Brassring);- Posting roles internally ? UBS intranet site and external sites where appropriate and coordinate with recruiting vendors;? Mass recruiting efforts- Coordination of mass recruiting efforts in partnership with the Manager Human Resources (HR CRM);? Campus Recruitment- Support for the campus recruitment and representation in the recruitment events.
