IS CURRENTLY SEEKING TALENTED PEOPLE INTERESTED IN INTERNATIONAL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN KRAKOW, POLANDCareer Opportunities in Human ResourcesWe are now recruiting for the following positions: Specialist NH HR ProcessAs the Specialist NH HR Process you will coordinate the deployment of both globally and locally defined HR process to be implemented as part of NH HR solution in migration affiliates.Main responsibilities:

Bring knowledge of global template and present it during workshops Facilitate Fit/Gap workshops with the affiliates Identify all process gaps between the global template and local needs Document all gaps in toolset with the support of Transformation Analysts Assess the impact of the gaps together with Change Management Team Escalate gaps to appropriate boards / teams Propose solutions for each gap Play leading role in the testing phase by ensuring proper implementation of the agreed upon solution Localize training material where needed for use by the SSC and local affiliates Request and efficiently utilize Transformation analysts

Qualifications:

University Degree Minimum 5 years of professional experience; Project experience Extensive process and process design knowledge in assigned process area Working knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, tools & techniques applied with minimal supervision and guidance Experience in internal consulting Comfortable with project-type work environment · Open to change Comfortable in making decisions and taking full ownership for deliverables Excellent analytical skills Excellent communication skills Fluent English and German, any other European language is a plus Intercultural competence Personal computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook and Microsoft Project
